E.K.N.M. GOVERNMENT COLLEGE ELERITHATTU

           The Department of Commerce was started in the very inception of the College in the year 1981, with Pre Degree Course in Commerce. The Department was upgraded to undergraduate department in the year 1990-1991 offering B.Com course with Co-Operation as specialisation with an intake of 40 students. The Department provides a stimulating environment for the all-round development of the students. To expose the students to latest developments in financial and corporate sectors, the Department organises seminars, discussions and workshops on contemporary issues. Students are encouraged to take up the responsibility of organising academic and extracurricular events so as to enhance their administrative and managerial skills. Large number of alumni of the Department are well placed at various public and private sector undertakings across the globe.
